Izzy Sonenreich

Izzy Sonenreich, Sonenreich & Co’s managing broker, started in the Colorado real estate industry in 1976. Izzy has been a licensed and practicing real estate broker ever since. Prior to that, Izzy was involved in real estate management, managing hotels, and multi-tenant residential complexes.

Ranking in the top 1% of brokers in Colorado, Izzy has successfully brokered both residential and commercial real estate. Izzy’s focus has been in land and industrial sales. After a period with a local brokerage house in the mid-’80s, Izzy started the next phase of his career buying and syndicating real estate. In 1984 Izzy syndicated the first Sonenreich & Co. property, acquiring over 1,300 acres in the DIA/E-470 corridor.

Izzy is also involved with the zoning and annexation of the properties expanding into Aurora. In the early 1990’s Izzy continued syndicating properties with a primary focus on income properties, primarily industrial. With a bulk of industrial properties, Izzy has since added a portfolio of retail properties in the Stanley Market Area and the Colfax and Wadsworth corridor.

Since, Izzy has built a management company which owns, manages, and leases approximately 1 million square feet of commercial and residential income property and over two square miles of land.

Denver native, Aviva Sonenreich entered the real estate world immediately after graduating from the University of Colorado. She is the Senior broker and head of the office and industrial division. Her area of expertise ranges from the acquisition of industrial income property to the leasing offices and office space in the Denver Metro Area. Aviva has seen great success in her brokerage career averaging 5 transactions per quarter.

Having been raised in a real estate family, Aviva feels as though real estate runs in her blood, recalling viewing properties as early as she can remember.

Her strong passion and background in commercial real estate are evident through her dedicated approach to the business, team, and clients. She excels in developing relationships with her clients, understanding their short and long term needs, and working closely with them to achieve goals.

Jennifer has worked for Sonenreich & Co. for 15 years. Over the course of her 15 years in the office, she has become proficient in all things relating to Commercial Property Management. She quickly and precisely works through maintenance issues, bookkeeping, creating documents, billing, and collecting of rents, and much more. She learns quickly when a new issue may arise and will make sure your property and interest are in safe hands.
